This week's idiom is "a piece of cake"




Idiom: "a piece of cake"
Meaning: If you think something is very easy to do, you can say it is a piece of cake. Something which is easy to obtain.
Example: The exam was a piece of cake

I thought about giving you another idiom, and you can send me an example of a sentence using that idiom. This week's idiom is "a piece of cake" (ser pan comido)

Good afternoon! Today we are going to practise with some verb phrases and we are going to complete a story we read the other day.

To start with, do activity 3A (Student's book page 17) (Match a verb with a phrase). 

In activity 4A, you have to read the story on page 16 again.

Can you re-tell what happened in the story? If you need help you can look at pictures 1-5 (activity 4B). You can send an oral or written version to me, if you would like to. You can send it by email or whatsapp. It's up to you!

Useful vocabulary (vocabulario útil): 

  • leave= dejar 
  • towel = toalla
  • without = sin
